108,000 SF

Short term excess capacity space was needed for HelloFresh’s Dallas/Fort Worth distribution center. The space required necessary freezer and cooler capacity.

 

2700 Market Street, Dallas, TX

375,000 SF

HelloFresh required a new distribution center that could accommodate 700-900 cars. The NYC office team negotiated a longterm lease with significant tenant improvement and government incentives.

The NYC Office team negotiated a full build to suit deal for HelloFresh’s HQ relocation. A test kitchen was accommodated despite strict New York City venting requirements.

22,000 SF

The NYC Office Team negotiated two 11,000 SF subleases with credit tenants after HelloFresh’s HQ relocation to 28 Liberty Street.

 

88 35th Street, Industry City, Brooklyn, NY

9,800 SF

The team found space 2.5 times the size of HelloFresh’s current studio space at a significant reduction in a sought after building. They also identified a one-time termination provision to free HelloFresh of their current lease.

 

1130 Commerce Blvd, Swedesboro, NJ

170,000 SF

The team monitored the site for over a year in order to lease the adjoining 85,000 SF property. They negotiated a favorable longterm extension & renewal of their current space and expansion into the adjoining space.

 

Boulder, CO

9,950 SF

The team negotiated a warehouse & favorable 3-year office renewal on short notice that provided two (2) two year renewal options.
